]]> Microsoft à publié ce 29 Janvier 2010, une nouvelle version des « services d’intégrations pour Linux »  

Disponible en téléchargement ci -contre : Linux Integration Components for Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V R2

Les distributions Linux supportés officielement par Hyper-v :

  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 x86 and x64 (1 vCPU)
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2 x86 and x64 (1 vCPU) 
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 x86 and x64 (1 vCPU)

Cette nouvelle version apporte :

  • Drivers pour les périphériques de synthèse: Les services d’intégrations Linux supportent les cartes réseaux et contrôleur raid synthétiques qui ont été développés spécifiquement pour Hyper-V
  • Fastpath Boot Support pour Hyper-V

Concernant les pré-requis, il faudra installer les fonctionnalités :

  • kernel-devel ou kernel-source
  • compilateur GCC
